Nominate a Partner in Change for 2015
The Greenway Foundation is committed to revitalizing local rivers and to reconnecting communities with natural treasures, but we realize we’re not the only ones in Denver with this mission. For the third year, we would like to recognize individuals, organizations, and programs that are improving the quality of life for communities along the South Platte River. If you know someone who is dedicated to our city and our environment, please consider nominating them as a Partner in Change.
The four categories for nomination:
Art: Honoring an artist, a piece of art, an art project, an art organization or an art program that has had an impact on our urban waterways. Public Projects: Honoring a public project that has enhanced, restored, reclaimed, or expanded public access and enjoyment of our urban waterways. Private Development: Honoring a private development or private investment that has had a significant impact on enhancing or improving our urban riverfront. Programming/Events/Recreation: Honoring a creative, innovative, impactful, or fun program, event, recreational program, nonprofit, business, or individual that has brought life, fun, learning, entertainment, or exposure to our urban waterways. |
Nominations are open until July 24th for the 2015 Partners in Change Awards. Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged.
Winners will be announced at the Blue Moon After Party on the Bridge on Friday September 11, 2015. To learn more about this event, or to purchase tickets, please click here.
