The Greenway River Ranger program is designed for you to develop your leadership skills and knowledge of the environment.

During this internship, you will gain hands-on teaching experience, teaching elementary students about their local environment through The Greenway Foundation's excursion (field trip) program.
KNDLA students will teach 1st graders, KDC students will teach 5th graders.
In addition to environmental education training and hands-on teaching experience, you will learn valuable communication & public speaking skills, take part in leadership & team building initiatives, learn through real-world application & teaching of science topics, develop career awareness & preparation skills, and gain job interview & resume building experience.
